The Boviet Solar Vega Series 545W (BVM7612M-545-H-HC-BF-DG) is a bifacial dual-glass monocrystalline PERC solar module from Boviet Solar for commercial, industrial, and utility-scale projects. It pairs 144 half-cut 182 mm PERC cells with 2.0 mm front and transparent rear glass in a silver anodized aluminum frame, delivering 545W of rated front-side power at 20.93% module efficiency with a 0 to +5 W positive power tolerance.

Monocrystalline PERC Half-Cut Technology

Boviet’s Altairon Solar Cell™ P-type PERC technology combines a passivated rear surface with a half-cut, 10-busbar cell layout. Splitting each cell lowers internal current and resistive losses, while the multi-busbar design shortens the current path and adds tolerance to micro-cracks. The datasheet also lists anti-LeTID and anti-PID performance and improved incidence-angle and low-irradiance behavior.
